Waste management is not a business but a service to society, a favour to the environment, and a gift to the next generation.
During her Masters in Microbiology, Bhavana thought of using microbes to help in healing nature. She started her study and to her surprise, there were technologies or processes through which we can get rid of the waste humans generate. This tech was known as the Biogas plant, where biodegradable waste is broken down into useful products. Bhavana first shared it with her father, K S Raja who was already thinking of how to get rid of plastic waste.
This dream got a boost in 2018 when GVMC Commissioner Sri Harinarayanan met with Mr. Raja and immediately agreed to give land on lease to the company for the Biogas plant. From there Vyzag Bio Energy Journey began...
